Alpha One (1289) – Alpha One of Germany will be showing their complete range of Falcon fixtures, including the revolutionary new Falcon 6,000 Xenon unveiled recently at PLASA. Falcon high-power, compact fixtures lead the field for architectural and entertainment use.
FinnLight (1195) – Introducing the Space Bag Accessory for the renowned TOPLIGHT. This innovative device creates a “Space” type pattern overhead light that significantly outperforms traditional Spacelites. The Toplight and Space Bag Accessory are designed by Emmy Award winning Director of Photography, Bruce Finn.
GDS – Global Design Solutions (1293) – Originally designed to solve backstage lighting problems, Blues System has also been widely adopted as a solution for architectural lighting problems of all kinds. Blues’ low-voltage, solid-state LED fittings are compact, low profile, durable and IP rated. They offer many mounting options, accept a wide voltage range and have very bright output in a variety of precise beam patterns.
Green Hippo (1091) – In the three months since its launch, Hippotizer V3 media server has solidly established itself as the industry’s leading media server: Prominent productions in a wide array of disciplines – Christian, Opera, Broadway, TV, Corporate, and Concert – are already featuring Hippotizer V3, moving it into the leading position in the worlds of projection, display, visual effects and video playback. On-board time-line control, user-friendly media file import, plus HippoNet; complete networking and control of multiple machines, are just a few of the new features making Hippotizer the preferred choice for lighting, projection and production designers worldwide.
Kinesys (1089) – Kinesys motor control systems and K2 software are the integrated solution for complete motion control with absolute safety and total simplicity. Modern productions demand greater flexibility and control, with no compromise of safety. Used at the National Theatre in London and, most recently, the American Idol North American tour, the powerful Kinesys motion control system makes the most complex interrelated tasks as simple as the push of a button.
Solaris (1295) – Solaris, leading manufacturer of professional strobe lights and lightning machines, proudly introduces the LAX Series– a range of Long Arc Xenon lighting fixtures. Long Arc Xenon (LAX) technology was previously available only in expensive and hard to obtain rental units. The light output of these fixtures can only be compared to the Sun itself. LAX fixtures are daylight bright and totally flicker free, with an almost perfect color rendering index. Solaris LAX fixtures are ideal for the most demanding film and TV mediums – high-definition, high resolution, slow motion, and for the most professional shoots including grand scale outdoor sporting events and concerts.
Tennagels CurveLED (1195) – Create unique LED surfaces with this extremely flexible video display system. Utilizing transparent LED tubes, CurveLED can be configured to conform to any shape, such as waves or curves. An ingenious mounting/connecting system allows the CurveLED curtain to be installed hanging or standing, quickly and easily. CurveLED allows new flexibility in transparent video display.
Unusual Rigging (1089) – The Revolution winch from Unusual Rigging is the industry’s first self-contained, off-the-shelf, portable winch system. Consisting of a heavy-duty variable-speed winch, housed in medium-duty 20.5 inch box truss, the high-speed 660 lb rated Revolution gives nearly 100 ft of travel at up to 10 ft per second. The Revolution is TUV Certified for flying loads of up to 660 lbs over personnel and audiences, and, with a 330 lb safe working load, for the flying of performers. The Revolution is suitable for permanent or portable applications. In portable applications, it travels in a conventional road case.
Last but not least, TMB (1195) – Introducing the new ProCue theatrical cue light system with constant monitoring and interaction between Master Station and Outstations. The programmable Master Station is available in 4-, 8-, and 12-way desktop models, plus 12-way rack-mount. All Master Stations have bright STANDBY and GO push-button LED indicators with flashing and steady modes for two-way signaling. The unique Outstation provides 2-way communication via illuminated push-buttons with 180° viewing angle. Performers or technicians can silently acknowledge they are in position and ready. All interconnections use standard 3-Pin XLR cable.
TMB will also show its full range of Professional Products, including ProPower RPD rack-mount distribution systems. ProPower provides portable power distribution, signal processing and dimming in rugged, rack-mount flight cases. ProPower RPD can be custom configured for the customer or application from a complete range of aluminium panels. New ProPlex cable offerings include CAT5E snakes in various configurations.
